Engagement - ERROR message - Microsoft

ISSUE:

Error message when opening Engagement states the following:

"One or more Microsoft Office applications are running. CCH ProSystem fx Engagement needs to perform a one-time initialization process before login. Please close all Microsoft applications before logging into CCH ProSystem fx Engagement."

RESOLUTION:

Close all applications and sign out of Windows
Log back into your machine
Open Engagement before Outlook, Word, and Excel
Once the Engagement screen appears, you can open Outlook, Word, and Excel
