The user needs to be setup in LinkedPhone

SOLUTION:

Email support@linkedphone.freshdesk.com to add another user and give the following information:
- First and last name
- Work cell phone number
- Email accountingservices@ksmcpa.com. Email from the accountingservices@ksmcpa.com account
Once they confirm the user has been added, download the LinkedPhone app on your cellphone: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/2nd-line-second-phone-number/id1304985788 Look for this icon:
