Teammate - Error Cannot Preload Metadata
ISSUE:
User is receiving an error message in Teammate on Noble05.

SOLUTION:
Delete the user profile from Noble05.
STEPS:

RDP into Noble05
- IP Address:
172.28.105.156
Login as LastAdmin account

Open System Properties
- Search for SystemPropertiesAdvanced

Access User Profiles
- Select User Profiles > Click Settings

Delete the User Profile
- Select the user profile and click Delete
NOTES:
- Ensure the user is logged out before deleting their profile.
