ShareFile Installation - Noble

ISSUE:

SOLUTION:

Manually uninstall Sharefile for Outlook from appwiz.cpl
DO NOT uninstall Sharefile for Windows as that is a separate application used only by Noble

POTENTIAL ERROR:

Push the BA - Sharefile for Outlook (Noble) package from PDQ
If you push the wrong package or the Noble user is getting the following message after opening Outlook, see below
Error
An error was encountered while attempting to log in.
You are not authorized to use this client

The KSM Sharefile package pushes a registry key that hardcodes the SSO and the ksmcpa domain. THis will generate the above error on a Noble machine
- Delete the registry key as follows: HKCU:\SOFTWARE\Citrix\ShareFile
- Open Outlook > when prompted by the Sharefile addin, enter Noblecon as the domain.
- Select Sign-in with company credentials
You will see that the user is logged into the Sharefile addin and can resume normal operation
