PURPOSE:

This document goes over the identified office issues and resolutions. Microsoft is AWARE of these issues with Server OS. Any Deviations from standard operating procedures must be authorized by Senior Cloud Engineer staff.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:

At times when connecting to a new workspace (At times, one drive has issues with authentication, the roaming token causes issues which requires a re-login.)

1. After the user is logged into their workspace, onedrive will say it needs the creds again

2.Close onedrive right click the icon in the task tray and click settings

3. Click Unlink this PC, this will remove the onedrive cache

4. Next, launch credential manager and click windows credentials and remove all onedrive items

5.Next on accounts, click Add an Account, and have the user sign in
