The returns submitted to the Tax Department should be assembled exactly as they would be filed with the IRS. You should FORWARD the job to the Other Returns, Tax Review Shelf and advance the workflow status to TAX REVIEW. As a reminder, all gift tax returns are to be stored in the perm library in DMS. A separate folder should be set up for each year and there is a gift tax return.
